We were cheated by Belvilla, a

Belvilla and and Melia Strasko did not give us what they promised and what we booked. We checked upfront that indeed the mobile home would have 2 single beds in the living room, as advertised. They confirmed this indeed via reply email to us, months before our vacation. But these beds were lacking when we got there. There was no follow up after complaining. As a consequence, we had only 3 beds, while we had booked and got confirmed by Belvilla 5 beds. This ruined our week. They did not want to compensate us, and in the end they offered us just a very small monetary amount. We would never have booked this place for this huge price with this number of beds. Fact is, we were absolutely cheated by Belvilla. And they refused to properly fix the issue with us. In the future, we will avoid Belvilla whenever we can.
Apart from this: very crowded park. No sunbeds or umbrellas at the pool. When we requested fresh towels we could get them only against payment. Check-in with a long, long waiting line. Unfriendly staff. Mobile home was very outdated. Old, dirty, noisy. Disappointing experience overall. Definitively overpriced. However, most importantly, we did not get the 5 beds that had been confirmed to us beforehand. We were cheated by Belvilla, and they did not make it up with us.
